Paul is responsible for the strategic development and direction of the teacher training programme across the GLF Teacher Training Hub and works closely with our Trust and partnership schools. Since the earliest stages of his career, Paul has supported the development of trainee and early career teachers.

He has worked in education for 20 years in a variety of different roles and taught early years through to Key Stage 3. He successfully led three schools through the pandemic as a Head of School and currently supports the development of standards as a Trustee for a local MAT. Paul has led curriculum development of many subjects throughout his career, including English, the humanities, PSHE and RE. His particular interests are in the areas of phonics, oracy and reading across the curriculum. He has been a part of the GLF SCITT since 2018.
