I am MFL Subject Leader at Crofton School and have a long experience of teaching and leading MFL as well as leading teacher development in a variety of settings. This includes Initial Teacher Training and ECT mentoring as well as developing more experienced teachers and leaders.

My specialist areas are teacher development and curriculum development. I have a passion for giving students the best possible chances of leading successful and fulfilling lives and my commitment to leading teacher development is rooted in this.

During my career I have worked in a variety of settings and have facilitated and led training at Teach Meets, both locally and nationally. For me, the learning never stops and being involved in professional development is absolutely vital in order to ensure the best outcomes for both teachers and students.
