Steve is one of the Lead Mentors for IFT this year with particular focus on HISP trainees and their mentors. He has been working for HISP MAT for many years in many roles as School Improvement leader, Research Director, NPQ facilitator and now takes on the role of Lead mentor as a key new position to advocate for our mentors in schools.
