You will find Kat on the Isle of Wight as the HISP Hub Lead for  the IOW trainees. She has been a Professional Tutor for trainee teachers and Induction Tutor for ECTs at various schools (Medina College and Carisbrooke College). She is passionate about geography and teaching this subject in creative ways. She has been mentor and thrives on seeing trainees and mentors develop.
